MeshQu is decision governance infrastructure.
It defines what a governed decision is — and produces verifiable proof for every one.

DECISION GOVERNANCE

Every decision evaluated against versioned policy. Every outcome sealed with cryptographic proof.

What is Decision Governance Infrastructure?

MeshQu Starts With Policy

Stop relying on assumptions. Watch how we move decision governance out of black-box code and into explicit, versioned rules.

Deterministic Evaluation & Proof

Same input. Same policy. Same result. See how the engine evaluates payloads and instantly seals the outcome into an independently verifiable receipt.

The Hybrid Sandbox

The real world is messy. Learn how to use auto-generated forms to manually test and/or attest policies and generate cryptographic receipts before writing a single line of code.

How It Works

The Decision Loop:

  1. A system submits a decision context

  2. MeshQu evaluates it against explicit policies

  3. A decision is returned (approve, review, or deny)

  4. A deterministic, cryptographically verifiable receipt is created

That receipt can be:

  • Replayed

  • Audited

  • Verified

  • Used in disputes

  • Trusted without sharing sensitive data

MeshQu evaluates decisions at the moment they become irreversible, producing a sealed receipt before execution proceeds.

MeshQu does not require access to internal model logic or proprietary rules.

Regulatory Alignment

MeshQu is designed to support emerging regulatory expectations around verifiability, auditability, and decision traceability.

EU AI Act

High-risk AI systems require transparency, human oversight, and post-market monitoring. MeshQu provides the audit infrastructure.

"Post-hoc explanations are relatively static… continuous auditing with compliance triggers required." — Continuous Explainability Auditing framework

ISO 42001

AI Management Systems standard requires continuous monitoring, incident response, and graduated autonomy controls. MeshQu operationalises these requirements.

"Human operators often functionally unable to meaningfully monitor complex systems… systems must incorporate boundary-respecting guardrails." — EU Data Protection Supervisor

FCA / PRA

UK regulators expect continuous validation, not periodic testing. MeshQu provides real-time decision governance with complete audit trails.

"FCA shifting from periodic testing to continuous validation." — FCA Market Watch 79

MeshQu provides the infrastructure these regulations require.

Built For Developers

MeshQu integrates with your existing systems through a simple API — deployed how and where you need it.

Deployment flexibility

MeshQu is system-agnostic. Apply governance at your team's discretion:

  • Pre-execution — evaluate before a decision is actioned

  • Post-execution — verify immediately after the fact

  • Background monitor — continuous async validation of decision streams

Same API. Same receipts. Same proof — wherever it fits your architecture.

API & SDK

  • RESTful API for decision submission and receipt retrieval

  • SDK support for common languages

  • Webhook callbacks for async verification

  • Full audit log export

Response includes decision outcome and cryptographically sealed receipt.

Documentation: Full API reference available on request.
