Every consequential decision needs a record.
When a decision is later challenged — by a regulator, a customer, a court — institutions reconstruct from logs, emails, screenshots. It takes weeks. It produces a story, not a record. MeshQu changes the shape of that defence by writing the record at the moment the decision happens.
